RCC-AGRO-DK is a company established in 2009 to provide business consulting, recruitment, and workforce placement, with over 15 years of experience in these fields, carried out within the European Union. We have established ourselves as a “bridge” between Romania and Denmark, and at this moment, we are a viable solution regarding the consultancy that can be offered to Romanian employers or other employers within the E.U. regarding the employment of EU, Asian, and African workers within the companies they manage.

We offer Romanian, Danish, Irish, and Icelandic employers, and other employers within the EU, the possibility of identifying ideal employees, recruiting for them, from EU, Asian, and African countries, for any field of activity.

We can also offer Danish employers candidates for internship programs, which they carry out within the agricultural field in Denmark. Our candidates for the internship program in Denmark come from the EU, Asian, and African countries, have all the necessary documents to apply for a visa at the time they are sent for approval by employers, and have official English tests (IELTS, Cambridge, TOEFL, etc.) at least A2.
Our goal is to be able to recruit worldwide for our clients in the shortest possible time. In this regard, we have initiated steps to identify specialized labor in Latin America and Australia.
